Help! Flash Twrp Img Without Xiaomi.eu Rom

Hi, I have flashed my Mi4C (bootloader unlocked) with TWRP recovery image, but I forgotten to copy the Xiaomi.eu ROM into my phone. Now my Mi4C entered a boot loop when power up. But I can manage to go into a TeanWin screen with options like Install, Wipe, ...., Reboot. Please I need help...
