Go on your search bar, and search for Installing the Google USB Driver. If you are having problems installing the drivers, make sure to disable Driver Signature Enforcement. You can find how to do that from looking that up in the search bar.

For Snapdragon edition, try updating to MIUI 7.3 Stable 7.3.7.0(LHOMIDD)

Go on the settings for your phone, and disable the Update Automatically.

You'll need to be confirmed at official mi site with getting bootloader unlocked first, I highly recommend doing that before going to the thread about getting TWRP on Redmi Note 3 Pro.

Go on Settings Notifications for Skype, and see if it that solves the problem.

That's sad to hear, I'm glad I got Snapdragon variant. Have you tried turning off the phone and opening the back of the phone with your nails to remove the battery for a good 30seconds to 1minute, afterwards place it back on. Tell me results, good luck. *Checking for the battery would also help...
