Update From Stable Xiaomi 8.2.5.0 To Current Miui 8.3 7.4.13/14

Actually I have Stable Xiaomi 8.2.4.0 Global (MCFMIDL) and I want to change to MIUI 8.3 7.4.13/14. I already install TWRP, and ROOTed with SuperSU. It's needed wipe DATA and/or SYSTEM in recovery or only Cache and Dalvik is enough?
