no it's not normal at all some system apps might be wrong on your phone i advice try reflash / factory reset, backup your data first (safety first) :D

hi, first thing first thanks for the rom i'm using libra (mi4c) i want to ask is there any boot.img for non root? i know it might be sound stupid but i already try flashing the stable version latest (i know this is not rooted) but somehow it was detected as rooted by certain apps i already try...
