Bricked Need Help With Flash

I was updating latest stable rom through MiFlash on a brand new Redmi 3s (7.3) It ended up with an error, after that phone hangs on MI logo. I can enter fastboot screen on phone, nothing else. Fastboot int'doing anything. I also tryed to use minimal ADB and Fastboot methode C:\Program Files...
