Well @Mark Smith , in fact there is a stable ROM, but Chinese ROM (English and Chinese languages), not Global. -

It will continue, but this week is holiday in China, so we should wait until next week to receive a new release. Redmi Pro is one of the devices that will be updated to MIUI9 in the next few months. However, I'm waiting for an official global stable version. -
