You should try some of the custom ROMs. For example the 'Epic ROM'. Do a full wipe, including the system in TWRP, and then flash the epic ROM zip. I'm curious if anything will change. And of course, as always, do a full backup In TWRP. Waiting for your feedback.

I'm not really sure what should you do. Is your bootloader unlocked? Did you tried some of the custom ROMs?

You can't overclock the cpu, because it would require a specific kernel. And i am sure about that. Or your phone hardware have a specific problem or the rom. As i already sayed, if it's the cpu, than everybody would need to "overlock" their cpu beacuse everybody would have the same problem like...

No it's not from "CPU clocking", because everybody would have the same problem then. Can you give more details about you problem?

I'm having the same problem. Sometimes, my download is fine, but a lot of times, when i'm downloading, i have a download speed around 300 kb/s.
