yes that worked. so what was my problem? I did the root, flash the recovery TWP. After that a mount, data wipe etc was not possible. After a format with twp. I could do a mount wipe and installation. so its solved

it was not possible to do the wipe. i did a format. That helped. its rebooting now with the rom! so it could be a solution to others.
