You have go in twrp back and do wipe => factory reset (cache, dalvik, data). Then reboot and all should be fine. Device: Redmi Note 3 Pro (kate)

No its a beta. You have to wait. Or use Android 6.

That's also my question. My device is a RN3 SE too. My reason to change to xiomi.eu was primary the bloatware. But i see also only minimal changes.
