Hey guys... I had 8.1.3.0 on mi4c and updated with full factory reset to 8.2.1.0 and data stopped working. Reverted back to 8.1.3.0 with full factory reset again and voila! 4G working again. Also before all that, I had installed 8.1.2.0 china via fastboot, same problem. So i guess something's wrong
