Standard Firmware - Result Not Standard (help Please)

I have a smartphone "xiaomi redmi note 3 pro 32GB" two days :) Problem: flash device through MiFlash (XiaoMiFlash) - "kenzo_global_images_6.12.8_20161208.0000.00_6.0_global_08f524df3a" I press the power button, MI icon and then hangs get a screenshot:
