Didnt work, Desire HD MIUI 1.4.22 Senario one: I did a clean install of MIUI 1.4.22 and then applied the FIX and didnt work Senario two: I installed by hand over root explorer and the device stopped working :S thanks for ur work guys!

Thanks for your replay!! Ive tried it thru recovery and didnt work, then i tried to copy the files manualy using root explorer and then rebooted my phone and then it didnt start again (Boot loop). dunno what is the problem, but seems aint made for Desire HD!
