the phone seems to be laggy, The bottom navigation buttons stopped working after few weeks, hard reset didnt help, redmi 4x, chinese version inside, is it software or hardware problem?

What Rom (lte Bands Available)

Hello, what ROM (Stable or weekly) version has all LTE bands unlocked? I am looking to unlock LTE 800/1800 MHz bands for 4G connection. Thanks.
