Is Hotspot Bug Fixed In Xiaomi.eu Roms (redmi 3s)?

Hi, there is serious bug in standard miui global rom: enabling hotspot changes network connection to G from H+ and if I disable mobile data, I could not enable it again. I want to know if this issue is fixed in xiaomi.eu roms.
