New Mi Note Pro 8.2.1.0 Stable Hotspot

I found that my hotspot is not work many times. As PC connected to Mi Note Pro hotspot, It can get ip from DHCP but cannot ping gateway that is my phone.

Mi Note Pro Micro Sim

My MI NOTE Pro with latest stable EU ROM. I just insert another sim card on micro slot. But it does not detect. Is EU rom support 2nd sim card?
