Okies it just figured out that it works fine. Probably I had bad habit from bigger Note 3 Pro and touched camera spot - its the same size and easy to miss fingerprint scanner! It's embarrassing but it seems to work fine now! Topic can be closed now :).

Thanks for info, originally I had china rom and updated to global. I will try to clear phone and than check it.

Any ideas how to fix it without installing china-dev rom? If nope I'll try it. Btw should I install newest china dev?
