    I probably have the same phone. If I remember correctly, I first installed TWRP using fastboot and then from within twrp I installed the rom.

    Do you mean, this rom isn't working with an older TWRP? That would maybe explain my bricked phone.

    Updating to 11.15 version using the updater app bricked my phone (MI8SE). Only get Fastboot image now.

    bootloop on Mi8 SE

    Did an upgrade this morning to 11.15 version, but ended up with just fastboot on the screen. Nothing else works. This probably means all data on my phone is gone :(. Now I have to figure out how to make it work again. Any link to an older chinese version for an Mi8SE?
