Mobile network non stabil. 4g not work stabil and very weak signal please fix that. I cant use my phone.

I have a mi8 my phone show signal bar full 4g or lte but ı cant access internet. I can just using 3g+edge. Please can you fix that or say something solution for my situation. Sorry for my english.

İnternet mobil hotspot didn't work for mi5s. İts looking normal and stay connected but I can't access the internet from connected devices. I trying from Ipad. I use two different way bluetooth and wifi hotspot. Results is same.
