It's a mystery to me as well, why people use beta ROM and asking for a bug-free ROM. xiaomi.eu beta rom MIUI 12 has been very stable so far on my Violet, no annoying bug, battery backup is good, deep sleep works, all my apps work, in fact it's much better than the latest stable MIUI 11.

No, just dirty flash and clear cache/dalvik. I dirty flashed from miui 11 stable to miui 12 dev rom on my Violet, the only problem I got was app Zoom had problem with lossing microphone after a few minutes, but a simple reinstall fixed that.

Nice, go flash it, after that you can flash china beta rom every single day for the rest of your phone's life. Just don't expect xiaomi.eu devs to cook beta rom for you every single day.

Yeah, but forget it, it only worked for a few hours. There is a new version released on their web, https://www.whatsapp.com/download/ (not available on Playstore) I installed it few hours ago, so far no sign of high cpu usage continuously.... yet.

On my case (Violet latest beta build) all cores (6) of little cluster keep running at top speed all the time even when the phone was idle, when I killed Whatsapp and restarted Whatsapp, all cores stopped running at top speed, but after some time, these cores run at top speed again, I cleared...
