I flashed Google Pixel ROM on my Max3 and it worked. On miui it isn't possible - unfortunately. Now I use a OnePlus phone and it works too. But Xiaomi needs to address this issue in miui.

Thank you for this Update. Used a clean flash (Max 3) and everything works great unless WhatsApp notifications. They are delayed / Show only when i open the App. Anyone with the same problem?

Did you change anything about bluetooth? I am on 8.9.13 on my Max 3 and bluetooth stops working after 1-2 days and this can only fixed by a reboot
