    Help: Error Filling Mi Unlock Form

    Hi all, I've been trying to apply for permission to unlock my recently-purchased Xiaomi Mi 5X. Whenever I try ussing the form, it keeps asking me to "input correct name", although I'm sure it's the right one. Can anyone please help me figure out what's wrong? Thanks, Diogo
