Current Account Cannot Unlock This Device

I followed all the neccessary steps, got the permission to unlock, linked the device to my account, allowed the OEM-unlocking in my device (developers ROM) and I'm waiting now for 2 month (!) to unlock my Mi4c. I'm passing the device verification while using "myflash_unlock.exe" but always get...
