Yesterday I installed 11.3.2. Rom is stable as before. I cannot catch what's new.

The filename of CC9 rom is "xiaomi.eu_multi_MI9LiteMICC9_V11.3.1.0.PFCCNXM_v11-9.zip". Maybe numbering mistake? Should "V11.3.1.0" be changed to "V11.0.1.0" ?

Is this a bug report? Maybe it seems that you broke persist partition. Does your proximity sensor or compass work well? If not, it is 100% persist partition problem. Miflash with global rom or china rom will help.

After overwriting Mms.apk extracted from 8.8.30, message app FC disappeared. Problem solved!

Mi Note3 also has message app FC when I try to read any message.
