The refresh rate issue seems to have been fixed, cheers!

I should have specified that it doesn't revert back to 120, and as others have now reported it as well it seems to be an issue with this version. Maybe caused by using an app that changes it to 60 and something stops it going back to 120? Hopefully will get fixed for the next release.

On my POCO F3, the refresh rate randomly drops back to 60 Hz even though 120 is selected. Everything else seems to work without issues.

Finally got my Mi 11 today! Very nice phone, quite light. Just have to wait a week now to flash the EU ROM.

No, your account is already listed as having the phone for a week so you can lock and unlock the bootloader as much as you want now.

Maybe if you asked in the right forum for your phone you'd find your answer.

If you don't see a ROM for your device on the first page then no, there's no beta for it. There's a stable ROM for it so go to that section.

You would patch the ROM of whatever ROM you're using.

My mistake! The ROMs are built on the Chinese firmware so maybe that is the case with the modem configs but perhaps one of the devs can provide an answer.

ROMs don't have any influence over bands for carriers, they're built into the hardware. The Mi 11 supports all the bands for Orange in Romania: 5G – N78 (3500) 4G – B3 (1800), B7 (2600), B20 (800) 3G – B1 (2100), B8 (900) 2G – B3 (1800), B8 (900) So, the phone itself should have no issues...

You should really read the rules. Anyway, a quick browse on the net shows only the Indian ROM for Note 9S/Note 9 Pro (curtana) has Android 11. You just have to be patient and hope Xiaomi sends out an update for the other regions for the team here to work with. Have no answer for the apps.

Note 9 Pro has an IPS screen so will never get always on display, that's for OLED/AMOLED screens only.

As much as I'd like to stay on Android 11, I'm gonna downgrade back to 20.9.17. Some apps crash because of having Dual Apps enabled which I need plus not being able to use Magisk is a bummer. Hope Xiaomi releases a fix for the Dual Apps problem soon!

Can confirm the fix linked by @Poney70 does indeed help for apps crashing but isn't ideal for people who do need Dual Apps.
