Updated to latest v2 ROM today on my Mi4C. Got the same as above. Power button menu works fine but lockscreen is flickering. Can't access to launcher and can not use any apps. Davik cache/cache wipe doesn't help. Any advice how to fix it without data wiping and similar useless pice of advice...
