The version on xda is in english, atleast the one i used. Here are all the twrp.img's (https://www.androidfilehost.com/?w=files&flid=50678)

I found that the version on xda is far more reliable. (https://forum.xda-developers.com/mi-8/development/recovery-twrp-3-2-2-0703-t3812600) I think because its still in beta, and the versions we are using have been created either by xiaomi.eu or somebody else.
