    Of course I format data in tarp but I do the hole process again now... It was over 20 minutes on the old state and nothing happened... Did everything now again via sideload.

    Ok will do this... just thought that I maybe have to do an Firmware upgrade first before trying to install the beta. I had it delivered with 9.5.10.

    How long the Installation usually takes? I've installed it with the twrp Version in the first post from the link you gave me but since I rebooted I still just see the initial bootscreen and the Progress bar running but nothing boots up...
