Call volume too low

Hello, since the last update of MIUI 11 stable ROM with Android 10. Even with the maximum call volume, it sounds very low. Can anybody help me please? With previous versions it did not happen. Thanks.

Invalid Duplicate system app (MIUI 10)

Hello, I have a Redmi Note 3 Pro. Since I updated to 8.8.16 I have several system app duplicates. It does not allow me to uninstall them. Anybody can help me please? Thanks.
