小米有品 is a platform by Xiaomi to advertise and sell items that they deemed to be good. It consists of items made by Xiaomi subsidiaries and companies that have no connection to Xiaomi. I don't think they deliver over-seas so ... you can remove it if you can.

An update is just what it said, an update. It would not erase anything in you phone. Some maleware would also disable the update, all you'll get is an error when trying to update.
