I faced this issues before ... The reason was I wiped all partition with TWRP and flashed miui eu rom .... you can solve this matter by flashing GLOPAL ROOM with flash tool via fastboot and remember when you update your rom to miui eu just wipe SYSTEM , DATA I hope I helped you Sent from my...
