I'm also having this problem since recent factory reset. Never seen it before actually.

I'm facing the same issue although in my case clearing app data fixes the issue temporarily. After leaving the Gallery app, album disappears completely even though it's still shown in Other albums theoretically. It never comes back no matter what. I've been facing this issue on my Mi10 Lite 5G...
