Hi. Getting MiMax 3 In USA next Tuesday. Have a couple of questions.

i understand that the newest version of the OS is 10.0. I read on a forum in USA you would have the best answers. I am not a "rooting" type person. Are the updates delivered over the air for download? I have never had a Xioami, and have read getting updates takes forever. Is this true? And again...
