Try recording 120&240 fps slow motion and play it in gallery. It won't play or show to choose the slowmotion area in the video. 960fps works fine though -

It is for me. Since I have set scheduled turn off and turn on for fresh start everyday. Moreover if a toggle can't stay persist across device power cycle, is indeed a bug however a big deal it is or not right -

"Use mobile data during VoLTE calls on the secondary SIM" This toggle always resets to disabled state on every reboot of the device. This bug has been there since Hyper OS1. -

It was dead in 2.0.6.0 as well. It started happening after the A15 camera update. Workaround is install CN version of Mi Video.
