    Can't update the ROM

    What does mean? What's "Updater"? When I try to install TWRP, following the instructions, at the step when I enter "fastboot flash recovery twrp.img" it just says "< waiting for device >". My Mi Pad has the Fastboot screen on but nothing happens.
