Redmi Note 4x with MIUI 9 can't upgrade to MIUI 10

Hi, I have MIUI 9 When I check for updates I see that MIUI 10 is available But when I wan't to download it says that my version is current. And ICan't download it. What is wrong? Do i need to dowload it manualy and then install? What about my data/ apps? Do I need to wipe them?
