exFAT Support?

It appears that this ROM does not support exFAT. I need to be able to access an exFAT formatted SD Card via OTG. I'm able to do this fine in TWRP so I know the Mix 2S and my hardware support it. Are there any plans to add this into Xiaomi EU? And no, using FAT32 is absolutely not an option.
