In 12.5 this does not work. Customiuizer installs runtime patch for MiuiSystemUI.apk, not for MiuiScreenshot.apk.

Thanks. In MIUI >=11 < 12.5 was for screenshots responsible MiuiSystemUI.apk and suffix in decompiled binary was .jpg. In version 12.5 i noticed, that suffix is .png, that's why I thought it was patched. Sorry for false alert.

I do not want to start from scratch. How were the latest working ROMs created? Tools? Scripts? Tutorials? There are several universal ROMs for 5A/4A. Has 5A ROM something specific, which prevents boot on 4A?

Hello, xiaomi.eu ROM for Redmi 4A is EOL. 5A is still supported. Last release of this ROM is 3 months old. Is there a problem with porting to later versions? Can i help with releasing a new version? I'm good in scripting and can automate many things.
