Live video wallpaper scrolling is gone? Why?

Why there is no colour correction thing on this one? Is it removed? I'm on whyred Also I don't hv dark mode on display? It's in Dev options.. I flashed 9.4.25

I found the bug also in miui 9.1.24 (also this is my first post here and I'm glad about 27 views..:))

That black strip (second pic) always appears and after sometimes it disappears... And in first pic, live wallpapers are black in landscape.... Also.. I cant see the clock in home (also lockscreen)... It suppose to turn black because the app valute date is dark.. see attachment.. Im on miui 10.2...
