New 10 min - Boot up Time

Anyone here with the same experience as I have. My phone (Redmi K30) boots up for about 10 mins or longer. It is on the latest update of Xiaomi EU. No bloatwares. The only thing I am thinking as the culprit is that the storage is almost full, like 15 GB left of 128. Is this normal for an almost...
