I have been watching it for a while longer. Even at a fairly steady state, the numbers don't match. They might be 0.3 degrees apart, which is okay for my application, but why would they be different at all?

The displayed figures on my device are different (sometimes quite different) than the figures reported by the device over bluetooth. Especially if the temperature is changing fairly quickly. My thoughts are that the display changes fairly slowly to conserve energy and lag the real temperature by...
