    after flashing rom to mi 9, device is stuck in bootloop (no miui logo showing) go back to twrp, wipe dalvic cache again, flash same rom file again, device works again. strange, this has never happened before.

    I too had safetynet issues, reporting "response payload validation failed". My device is rooted, but this should not have been the cause of safetynet tripping. Clearing data of various google apps did not do anything unfortunately, but reflashing 20.8.7 & wipe dalvic/cache fixed the issue for me...

    Dirty flash, working great. Thanks for your work!! One weird issue: "Carrier services" asks me to allow Google Play Services access to camera, but I can't change permissions for Play Services because it seems that it's not possible to edit play services permissions?

    Depends on your device. Look at the graphic in https://xiaomi.eu/community/threads/9-9-26-27-v2-miui-11.52341/ Mi 9 CC is listed as 9.0 there currently.

    Reflash current rom

    I currently have some problems with the Google play services. My Google ad ID is empty and thus some apps crash on launch. I think this could be fixed by reflashing the rom. Is it possible that I install the same rom that is already on the device via TWRP again? I don't want to go to Android...
