Anyone else got this issue after closing all apps the icons all went missing? It doesn't happened everytime only once in a while. I'm using redmi note 7 btw

Anybody notice whatsapp notifications not showing up unless u open the app manually on redmi note 7? Previous versions doesn't have this issue. I've tried all the methods like allowing it to autostart, lock the app etc but still no luck. Even clean flash doesn't help. Hope someone can help me. Thx
