How to turn off MIUI 11 'Turn off MIUI optimization" on Developer Settings? :)

I need it to use Split APK Installer https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.aefyr.sai&hl=en_US On app startup it asks to disable miui optimization for appropriate work. Temporary disabling for some time (5-10 minutes) could also be very helpful in my case. Thank you in advice.
