Not working Step Counter MIUI 11.0.4 Stable Redmi Note 7

when opening a folder, the device delaying, and often gets stuck when browsing the interface. 11.0.3 was running very stable. but I'm having a delay since I updated to 11.0.4. I have installed the ROM cleanly many times but the result has not changed.

İnteresting. opens the plugin but does not apply it to the photo. The gallery app returns to the home screen when applying the effect. I've installed rom (11.0.2 Stable ) 2 times and have had the same problem. It worked fine on MIUI 11.1. (9.10.24) So how do I get the logcat?
