I did it already. that is why I post here. But I wipe out everything for down back to 9.10.31, it is fine now.

I found one thing, all the widgets are no response on the desk, but if I use the launcher built-in, everything is running good. When I use third party launcher, like pixel launcher, nova launcher, all the widget are no response again.

I had the same issue before, after done a factory reset, my play store get well again.
