finally this is a hardware problem. I opened a ticket and requested a warranty service order, xiaomi sent me a prepaid shipping label. two weeks later I received the phone with a new screen.

I have desactivated miu11 optimizations as user zarkoj wrote and after reboot no more ghost touch problems for 4 days

i also have the same issue and thé Ghost touches appear on the upper side of the screen. When I press firmly on the top of the touchscreen the problem disappear for a few hours . i think this is a hardware issue , has someone returned his phone under warranty ? How does Xiaomi handle this problem ?
