Invalid My xiaomi note 4x was charging now it wont open. (Its stuck in a black screen and with the charging led open)

So i was charging my phone but i wasnt using it. I went to open it but it woudnt respond .so i unplugged but nothing happened, .now it is unplugged but it still has the charging led light indicator active and its stuck on a black screen . What do i do?
