Don't bother yet, it's still very buggy, most things don't work yet. You can flash through fastboot. If you don't know how that works -> search the web.

Same problem for me, instantly boot loops. Tried just about everything. Xiaomi's recovery wipe doesn't work either. Just goes straight to fastboot.

SN is OK here, unrooted.

Same problem for me, it doesn't work. Fresh install doesn't work, upgrade doesn't work either. It immediately goes back to fastboot mode after reboot.
