It's pretty straightforward. I flashed many times and never failed. Just make sure to unlock bootloader, enable adb bridge, test adb before flashing and clean data. I never used any app, always flashed from terminal.

Both 12.5.1.0 RKBCNXM and 12.5.2.0 RKBCNXM are beta stable. And Xiaomi didn't bother to register with Google beta stable (some reports show that this is not the case with 12.5.3 beta stable which is yet to come to MI 11). Hence either 12.5.1.0 RKBCNXM or 12.5.2.0 RKBCNXM don't pass safetynet...

You can fix it by correction of props. Then safetynet passes and Google pay works. But unfortunately that's not true for all bank apps. Hence, I'm back on beta EU.

I made clean install from China stable. Installed magisk and after props configuration safety net passed and google pay works.
