[GUIDE][venus|star|mars] How to install Xiaomi.eu ROM for Xiaomi MI11 / Pro / Ultra

Slightly better. Don't expect anything near Huawei, but you'll get about 4 hours...

MIUI 12.0 MIUI 12.0/12.1/12.2/12.5 STABLE RELEASE

It's pretty straightforward. I flashed many times and never failed. Just make sure to unlock bootloader, enable adb bridge, test adb before flashing and clean data. I never used any app, always flashed from terminal.

[GUIDE][venus|star|mars] How to install Xiaomi.eu ROM for Xiaomi MI11 / Pro / Ultra

On the latest stable beta V12.5.3.0 safetynet passes, Google pay and all bank apps work. Besides, it is really stable, again decent battery, no false touches, the fingerprint grabs as expected. Highly recommend!

[GUIDE][venus|star|mars] How to install Xiaomi.eu ROM for Xiaomi MI11 / Pro / Ultra

Thank you, I know this method for props adjustment and I used it many times. This is not my problem, I can get safetynet passes and Gpay works. There are more sophisticated EU bank apps which don't lean on GPS and safetynet but rather have their own method to check the integrity. Probably they...

[GUIDE][venus|star|mars] How to install Xiaomi.eu ROM for Xiaomi MI11 / Pro / Ultra

Sorry, I totally agree, mixing topics causes nontransparency and confusion. My bad. But it was just a direct answer. Besides, it seems that rooting the stable beta in order to get safetynet works is not needed any more. With 12.5.3.0 the devs achieved compliance according to some reports. Thanks...

[GUIDE][venus|star|mars] How to install Xiaomi.eu ROM for Xiaomi MI11 / Pro / Ultra

Both 12.5.1.0 RKBCNXM and 12.5.2.0 RKBCNXM are beta stable. And Xiaomi didn't bother to register with Google beta stable (some reports show that this is not the case with 12.5.3 beta stable which is yet to come to MI 11). Hence either 12.5.1.0 RKBCNXM or 12.5.2.0 RKBCNXM don't pass safetynet...

MIUI 12.0 MIUI 12.0/12.1/12.2/12.5 STABLE RELEASE

You can fix it by correction of props. Then safetynet passes and Google pay works. But unfortunately that's not true for all bank apps. Hence, I'm back on beta EU.

[GUIDE][venus|star|mars] How to install Xiaomi.eu ROM for Xiaomi MI11 / Pro / Ultra

Here we go again. I had 12.5 stable EU and with it I had everything I need: a decent battery, flawless touches and with magisk and props tweak I had totally passed safetynet and working Google pay and emoney app. What I didn't have and found no way to fix are banking apps. I read somewhere and I...

[GUIDE][venus|star|mars] How to install Xiaomi.eu ROM for Xiaomi MI11 / Pro / Ultra

I made clean install from China stable. Installed magisk and after props configuration safety net passed and google pay works.

[GUIDE][venus|star|mars] How to install Xiaomi.eu ROM for Xiaomi MI11 / Pro / Ultra

Follow up: Reinstalling rom didn't help nor did safetynet fix. I found a solution in proper props configuration following this instruction: https://xiaomi.eu/community/threads/miui-12-0-12-1-12-2-12-5-stable-release.56191/post-597012 - item 4967 from Poney70 (MI 10 is replaced with MI 11). Now...

Me too. I'm gonna flash again, after then if still no success install magisk all the way to props config. If I failed I'll seek another option. Does anyone know - is the fastboot version of Chinese 12.5 stable for MI 11 available somewhere?

[GUIDE][venus|star|mars] How to install Xiaomi.eu ROM for Xiaomi MI11 / Pro / Ultra

Guys, I have an information from other forum that 5g only works on original Chinese rom, not on xiaomi.eu. So is there anybody on this forum who can factually confirm that 5g works for him on eu? Thanks.

    Mi 11 Android auto

I just want to publish a follow up on the Android Auto case if anybody is interested. Like I said Android Auto is still rather unstable right now. But I had it worked since I flashed EU without any problems. But later I played a little and tried different roms from eea to global. When I found...

    MI 11 model M2011K2C

It's a Chinese phone, that's why you get eu beta. Welcome to the club. You can find everything about upgrade in this forum. You can get 5g on band n78 which is covered with all 3 operators that provide 5g. I tried global and in my opinion it performs poor comparing to eu. Besides some users...

    Help with unlocking

That's not enough. You must have adb and fastboot installed in order to unlock bootloader. From the link i sent you or from anywhere else.

    Help with unlocking

That's the problem. As long as you don't have every precondition properly set you can't do the unlock. As Karphenhai said check everything: the phone must have usb debugging enabled in developer options (and oem unlocking too - only this - leave everithing else as it is!!!) check the cable -...

    Help with unlocking

You can find out easily if you did everything right. Start in terminal with "adb devices". If you see code of your device, everything is in order. Just approve the computer on the phone. And when you boot to fastboot, first make check with "fastboot devices". Correct response is firm sign that...

Does CN version change available bands when installing EU ROM?

Modem is a part of the global rom flash, that's true. I had it installed, but I couldn't really try different 5g because I don't have them anywhere near. So I don't know if flash changes frequencies, usually doesn't. But I don't think this is the most decisive question. Ask yourself what do you...

Does CN version change available bands when installing EU ROM?

To tell you the truth I don't believe that Chinese M11 will ever officially support n5 band. It was meant for Asia, they have the global model with n5. I can't tell if there will be someone to try changing the baseband of the phone, it's demanding and not very common these days. So I guess if...

Does CN version change available bands when installing EU ROM?

Why don't you check with your operator since you have the phone already? As I said I believe there is no reason that Xiaomi would publish wrong information about supported frequencies. Besides, it is rather a matter of Qualcomm modem, and we have every reason to believe that it covers a large...
