Bump! Still got this problem. I was running stock rom for a while (where I do not have this problem) as i couldn't find any solution. Came back to Miui this weekend and it's still doing it! Seems like I am the only one! I double checked that I have my wifi sleep policy set to "never" but it... -

Even better there's a 1.6.24! I'll install that right now and see if that fixes it...if not i'll try the radio update thing. Thanks for your help -
